Shopped with them twice through TopCashBack and both times they have declined my claim, I also see that a lot of other members have also been declined so you may want to take a shot but you'll probably be dissapointed.

i am not happy as every cashback i have done it has been declined. Even though you do not get any discount with this company or free delivery. So stay clear from studio

Avoid this merchant. Should have got 7.35% cashback as a new customer, the amount showed up as only 1.05%. So question this and they declined to pay anything. Also required far to much information to open an account.

Waste of time, tracked but they declined as apparently topcashback wasnt were I got to the site... obviously it was or it wouldn't have tracked. I did as I always do; go through from topcashback and purchase immediately.

Dreadful. I followed the link, made a purchase and the cashback was declined. Studio made some BS excuse when I chased. It was only worth £1.50 but it's the principal that bothers me. I won't shop there ever again.

did tranaction on behalf of my mum, this was declined, submitted a ticket and it was reinstated. Only trouble is, it has not appeared on my cashback. Will not shop with studio again.

Don't trust. Cashback tracked but they was still able to decline cashback. I got back 'After looking into your claim further for you, I am sorry to tell you that your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction'
