I was sceptical to use this site after reading the previous reviews, however i couldnt have been more pleased with my chairs and the service received. They must have made some big changes and ironed out any previous problems

Website not updated. Orders not processed properly.
Stated in stock but after 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them to find the item was discontinued and that it could be another 14 days before I get a refund. It's not right to have the customer chase to find out somehting that they should've identified and put right a couple of days after placing the order. The worst type of online retiallers act this way. AVOID.

Declined Cashback!! Be careful with this company and cashback, they declined my cashback without giving any reasons after I spent £400. It will make me think twice before I order from them again

. Avoid. Where do I start? Firstly. Read the negative reviews. They’re probably true. Placed order. No correspondence from Homelia. I chased them for days only to be told Delivery date. Not delivery would be up-to 10 working days. Still no contact from them. Chased again. No answer. I sent stern emails. No answer. Called numerous occasions. Answer phone. Finally got a response Saying item was going to be delivered late following week. They’ve taken money already by the way! Item never arrived. Then. I get email saying they’re having difficulty getting item from their supplier. And item could take another week or so. Same charade as before. Impossible to talk to someone or get a reply. Phoned again. Countless times. Finally got through to a “couldn’t care less attitude “ Asked about my order. got put on hold. Then. You guessed it. Line goes dead. Phoned another 5 times She. Answered stroppy. I told her. In no uncertain terms how I felt. Demanded refund and for her to shove the order where the sun don’t shine. That was last week. Still. Waiting for refund. Seriously beware if ordering from this company. Chances are you will not receive your order and be out of pocket for the privilege.

Ordered & payed £170 for a mirror and it didn’t arrive despite me getting updates it was out for delivery. I phoned despatch & they were telling me completely different information to homel ia customer service. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I was very stressed & annoyed throughout the whole 6 week experience as they’re just kept changing there replies. In the end I asked for a refund which they happily gave? Bizarre experience
