OK first off cashback did not track. I had cleared my cookies and made sue the topcashback page said I had been tracked but still it did not track. Secondly do not use the automatically added 50% bonus, if you do the whole amount of your deposit is classed as a bonus. This means you have to bet on odds x2 and over, your bet amount is not returned only the winnings and you cannot withdraw anything until you have bet through the money 15 times. Effectively I have just given Jetbull £10 with no chance of seening a return. Avoid.

Just awful, avoid at all costs. I deposited the required amount of £20. Made a wager at very low odds, which I won. Tried to withdraw my original deposit plus the marginal profit and was told I need to verify my account - which is fine - but after supplying all requested documents they have still failed to verify the account and will not allow me to withdraw my funds. I then went on to request that my account be closed and the original deposit returned to the original payment method only - realising that I would sacrifice my cashback in doing so, but fearful that I would not get any money back at all if I did not do so (with the cashback amount being a lower £15.75, this would leave me in a position of loss rather than profile - assuming they even pay out). However the firm have failed to do so and are now ignoring correspondence. Their policies and communication lack transparency and overall are very poor. I have reported them to the gambling commission. Please don't create an account just for the cashback - it's not worth it. Stick to a reliable firm like Betfair!
