I've had cashback in the past but not on the last 3 or purchases. If you buy and are happy with the purchase that's fine but their customer service is very poor and it seems there is a problem with cashback but that could just be me?

Some track - some don't. When they don't - it takes forever to get it resolved. I have one that says 'Waiting for merchant' since October 2010. The topcashback site initially dealt promptly with this but they don't appear to be in a hurry to resolve any outstanding enquiries. Ones that have tracked have shown quickly.

Ideal World is morally disappointing
Bought an item from Ideal World on 24th March 2022, and the transaction cashback remained pending to this day (10 March 2023).
It would appear Ideal World are happy to make cashback promises but reluctant to pay what they promise.
In my case, the amazing staff at TopCashback have issued my pending payment out of their own funds rather than have me wait any longer for Ideal World to keep their word.
Am thankful for that, for sure, but will never purchase again from Ideal World - ever - not for the small amount of cashback involved, but because Ideal World lacks morals.
Grateful thanks to TopCashback support for their efficiency and care.

I made a purchase in June 2021 and only did this on the assumption I would get the cashback. After months, Topcashback offered me half which is them paying it not Ideal World, so not a great Ideal World experience I'm afraid.

Very hit and miss if the cashback will track, and when it does, don't be surprised if it later gets declined with no valid reason given.

Up until the last 3 months or so I would have given a 5 Star rating but recently 5 of my last orders with them have not tracked through TC. Resulting in me having to submit claims.
