TopCashback Compare credit card tracking

You may have noticed that a cashback amount with a Credit Card Merchant has been added to your cashback 'Earnings' on your account, even though you have not applied for a Credit Card. We have found that for a short period of time, members that had visited a Credit Card Merchant were seeing cashback track to their account incorrectly, as they have not actually completed a Credit Card application.

It is likely that this cashback amount will now move to £0.00 at the 'Payable' status, meaning the Merchant has declined the cashback because the application was indeed not made in the first place and therefore not valid. If you have not completed the application for the Credit Card, and would like the transaction removing from your account, please submit a support ticket.

Any valid Credit Card Applications should not be declined and moved to Payable at £0.00, however if you find that your cashback with a TopCashback Compare Credit Card Merchant moves to £0.00 at the 'Payable' status in your 'Earnings' and you believe you made a valid application, please lodge a Missing Cashback Claim for us to look in to it manually for you.
