I've accidentally damaged my Love2shop Gift Card. Can it be replaced?

Yes, this is possible providing you can supply the 19 digit card number. This can be found either on your Love2shop Gift Card (if it’s not too damaged to read) or on the card carrier that your card was delivered in. Please call the flexecash Customer Care team on 0844 375 0739 for assistance.
