We are experiencing a very high volume of cashback payout requests due to the time of year. We would like to make you aware that there may be a short delay in processing your payout request and receiving your cashback.

We are working hard to process your requests as quickly as possible and keep the wait to a minimum and would like to apologise for any delay.
