Dreadful - after waiting almost a year for the cashback to 'payout', they then "decline" and I am not able to challenge with a support ticket either! Would not recommend using - choose another supplier as there is no benefit to using 'Free Price Compare' (note - I would rather rate with no stars, but I have to do at least one to submit!)
