Similar situation to poster on 4th December. My tracked cashback was declined as terms weren't met although I had bought a full price item with no discount code.

Would give no stars if I could. Bought a full price voucher for an experience and declined cashback even though tracked. Will never use again as feel I have been misled and conned.

Purchased in January but nothing appeared. Lodged a missing cashback claim not long after purchase. 'Resolved' in late September by the merchant saying the purchase hadn't traced/the click through from Topcashback to the merchant was broken. Complete mess - clearly evidence of a click from Topcashback and a purchase on Experience Days and I'm not convinced the chain was broken.
