Product arrived the evening before due which was good (and luckily I was in!) But some minor damage to the doors. emailed as instructed within the 48 hour period but heard nothing. chippy has done his best to disguise the marks but one is very obvious. The oak vaneer on my doors is very thin and also damaged when just wiping with a cloth to treat! Still that's more about the product than the company. Doors were cheaper than elsewhere and most likely the same quality. Just a shame they didn't reply.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE Complete waste of time. Positives – They are quick and efficient in taking your money. Negatives - They do not send the goods you have paid for or any goods for that matter. They do not answer the phone, their call system has three options all of them will put you on hold play you some music for a but and then cut you off. They do not respond to emails. Emailed to ask where the goods I ordered were as they were listed with a 3-5 day delivery and it had been over 2 weeks. They only responded and promised a refund when I told them I was coming to their office.

The worst on-line company I have ever come across. Customer Service is non existent and once they have your money they will screw you as quick as possible. Delivery Times on the website are a lie and returns policy an utter joke. I recommend you pay a little extra and buy from a company that values their customers more, of which there are many.

The most UNRELIABLE company that I have ever worked in the past. I run GBL studios and other hospitality business. We have bought a lot of material for several months with BSO and they were ALWAYS LATE WITH EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY. The managers and people that work in the office do not care about it and they are completely mess ! Many times I explained to them that I had 7x builder in the site doing nothing because the material didn't turn up and the only thing i got was "apologies , excuses , excuses and BLAH BLAH " they have never even gave me a single penny as discount to compensate my loss !!! Now, I'm now buying straight from the suppliers that bso s buying from such as CCF , etc ! If you need any proof please contact me and I show you all the email . watch out !

Last week the TCB website said that BSO pay me 3.15%. I got cash back of 1/2 %. Today the TCB website says 3%! I got 1% cash back.

Rubbish company. Find any reason to refuse cash back. Purchased building materials for an extension totalling over £260 in cash back and they conveniently say I had not met the term. Do not trust them.
