Had to give 5 stars so bad experiences were actually read. Despite my previous bad experience when the £35.35 cashback I was entitled to never tracked and was, after many months, refused, today I tried again but although TCB said I was entitled to £15.15 for the new booking, it has tracked at only £7.29. Do go to the lower star ratings and see the many refusals to pay meted out by this retailer.

Booked a flight and hotel through BA.com for £15.15 cashback. Cashback tracked straight away and slowly moved up to "confirmed". It sat there for ages and I thought based on current reviews I'd not see it, but after 4/5 months it did go to payable to be fair.
I've also made a long-haul flight booking so will report back on how that goes. It is a shame that their long-haul cashback rate is so low. Spending £2000+ on flights for only £7.57 cashback is a bit stingy.

I have been a member of TCB for several years and used it for many, many online retailers. I am not joking when I tell you that so far British Airways has been the best regarding cash back.
I purchased a flight and hotel via BA on 29 July and the cash back became PAYABLE on 3rd August. Under one week! Is that a record? And we are not talking small sums of cash back here either. Brilliant BA

I spend a lot of money with BA and some cash back is granted and some are not. It seems to be the ghigher value transactuons that are declined. No reason is ever given and it takes so long to chase a claim that often I forget about it. Suits the merchant more than it suits it suits me it seems.
