TopCashback Once you request a payment it can take a couple of working days for us to process and send this and it can take the banks 3-4 working days to get the funds to you.

Other payment methods such as PayPal and e- Gift Cards generally have a quicker processing time.

Up date the insurance paid was £389 in the end . Please update.

TopCashback Our claims team will only provide an update when they receive one from the tracking network. This means if you do nudge a claim you may not get a response straight away.
