Terrible service. Paid full price for emergency cover with this company needed a roof repair as I had rain coming in due to heavy downpours and a slate maybe having moved would not send out a roofer held on for about half an hour with excuses being made by a incoherent call handler have left full review on trust pilot i have emergency cover plus would not recommend this company and I still haven't received cashback purchased in over 4months ago had to put in a claim and a nudge
