Terrible service. Brought a christmas present fo my husband 6 months ago. Promised delivery countless times and it hasnt arrived. no manger to speak to and you have to phone the netherlands to speak to someone who just fobs you off with another delivery date, Currently waiting for a refund. Dont waste hours of your time trying to get any help from this company.

Don't buy from this company, they dont deliver the order and after you will have a massive head each to get your refund. It's shocking how bad they are, avoid it at all.

I bought a boat AQUAPARX 330 the delivery wait was one month .... One month later I received an email saying that I would have to wait another month and 10 days, I was given an "option" AQUAPARX 230 HAHAHAHA 100 POUNDS CHEAPER AND 1METRO SMALLER . After calling ATHLETESHOP the answer was simple (sorry, you want the money back?) Hahahaha what a joke this company. I understand by "option" equal or similar value, if they do not get the basic will have many complaints ..... PS: thanks for ruining my planned and paid vacation for 06/04/2017 at the river (without boat)

Took a month to deliver with no communication until chased. Cashback sat as pending for 5 months until chased. Now sat as Confirmed for a month and is unlikely to be honoured. Also, there were a string of negative reviews on here before Athleteshop came off Topcashback for a short time. When they relisted, those negative comments had surprisingly / conveniently disappeared!! Avoid, unless you like disappointment
