Cashback declined and no reason given. Also, some of the bulbs flicker or have failed completely within weeks. False economy.

I've claimed cashback for several orders from LED Hut over the last 3 years but always had it declined. I spoke to LED Hut customer services about this and they say the company does not do cashback so I'm wondering why it is on Topcashback's site!

First order from LED Hut, the potential cashback resulted in order from them instead of other suppliers. Cashback declined, for no reason I can think of. Result -there will be no second purchase from LEd Hut

tracked initially and then declined with the reason the T&C were not met! How does one not meet T&Cs if we are buying a product through their website, paying for it and the product being delivered and being used. NOT buying anymore from this merchant!

I would not recommend LED Hut if it was the last shop on the planet! Waited 3 weeks for my order to be delivered and was told a load of lies every time I rang to enquire as to delivery. Waited indoors for FIVE days to no avail as everytime I was told it would be delivered next day. Promises of call backs not materialised. Eventually got the order but I am not impressed. Will certainly not go back I am closing my online account - nor will I recommend anyone to shop there. Go to Q&B or Homebase or Wicks or ANYWHERE but not at LED Hunt. Worst people I have dealt with.

LED Hut failed to deliver 6 down lights I paid for in advance. Phone calls not returned, denials all round and still no downlights. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES - BEWARE. I am going on every feedback forum I can find to tell the world about these THIEVES. Look out for me in all the trade press too

terrible customer service - be very careful with returns as they wont process payments until you chase them several times. Cashback tracks fine, but all stock is overpriced and cashback just brings it in line. Would not recommend

Cashback tracks fine - LEDHUT themselves are a hopeless. Refund for £51 for faulty items was never processed by them & went months without any contact from LEDHUT. No postage cost refunds for faulty items over 30 days old. Total lack of interest in client experience. Expensive products only made affordable with cashback and voucher codes. Will not use again after 3 separate bad experiences.

Buy once, get spammed forever! I bought once from them, now I get constant spam from them (near-daily), their unsubscribe doesn't work, they ignore email requests to unsubscribe, and nobody answers their phone.

The service I received was terrible. I ordered 32 bulbs from LED Hut Ltd. 3 of the bulbs arrived broken and whilst trying to dispose of the broken bulbs my wife cut her hand on the glass fragments. I emailed them asking for replacements to be sent out and they asked me to return the damaged bulbs. I wrote back saying the bulbs were broken and therefore have been disposed off. They did not offer to re-imburse me for the three borken items or even offer to provide postage for me to return the bulbs. Even if we had not disposed off the bulbs, why should I incur addtional postage costs to return the damaged bulbs? They not only refused to provide replacements, but also refused a refund. The customer service was very rude to me and when I spoke up about how I felt about the company and the service I received, they emailed me back saying that my account had been blacklisted as I was rude to the customer service department. I would NEVER use them again let alone recommend their service to friends and family. The customer is always right and in my humble opinion they dealt with my query in a condescending and arrogant fashion. Terrible, just appalling service.

Still no cash back? Paid in October and confirmed but still waiting and its now Feb! Had to return 5 of the bulbs ordered, sent back but had to ring several times to chase to get replacements. Quizzed me over the phone over my set up but all was installed professionally. The advertised 5 year warranty is a bit of a joke. You have to register the lights after you have received them, strange as they already have your details as you are buying direct from them! I stumbled across this information on the website by chance, its not clearly displayed and you are not told this at anytime through checkout or after the transaction. Its purely to reduce the number of 5 year warranties they have to give, no other possible reason for this apart from reducing their liability to the customer! This is clearly not a good business. You have been warned.
