Once we’ve received your payout request we will process it in the usual way and order your M&S e-gift card for you. When your e-gift card is available, we will add it to your TopCashback account under the ‘Other Certificates’ section and email you to let you know that it’s ready to pick up and spend. Once you’ve had this email to notify you that it’s ready, you’ll need to login to your TopCashback account to view it.
The e-gift card will be a unique link that you can click on to display your gift card, so you simply login, click on your unique link and away you go!
