I can't add my Love2shop Gift Card to my payments page.

Members have reported that they are unable to add their recently received Love2shop Gift Card number to their Payout page. The message received says:

"Your recent Love2shop High Street Shopping card order is still being processed. Please wait for your card to arrive in the post and then return to this section of your TopCashback Account to reload it with your cashback."

This message appears even though a new Love2shop Gift Card has been received. We are looking into this and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
