Although the vast majority of cards will be delivered within around 7-10 days, there can be occasions you may not receive your giftcard after this time. If this does happen then please can you kindly get in touch with us via a support ticket as we would then be happy to advise further.
Please be aware that this applies to physical gift cards as any e-vouchers or codes would be added to your account under the Payout section instead.
