Based on all the amount of complaints i am worried that i wont get the cashback even after 3 got me to pay a depoiste of £176 saying my credit score was the problem. I am preparing a complaint to take to the TV show Watch dog. and i ask everyone with a complaint to get on to the link www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/gotastory/ and submit your complaint the more of us that raise this the more chance we have of something being done about it.

Despite huge effort to receive a meagre £12 cashback, I have had no success (for a totally genuine and straightfoward purchase). They may have taken me for a couple of quid this time, but they will not be getting any more in the future! Short-sighted or what?

Didn't get my cashback, i've had to put in a manual claim but as of yet i still haven't recieved payment. The cashback was the only reason i went with this phone and company, so not too happy

Phone received on time but cashback not tracked at all. Submitted manual claim but no response from Three even after about three months... Tcb submitted to Three ... No option other than waiting.....

Update on previous comment. Being a non technical person I thought 3g was a 3 phone that I was expected to buy in order to use the sim. However as my boyfriend smugly pointed out that is not what a 3g phone is as most phones should be 3g. Also realised that my current provider might have given me a discount but I also lost minutes from my monthly deal. Customer service was a nightmare at 3 especially as I wasn't calling them from a three network. However knowing what I know now I should have stuck with the change over and got a cheap 3g phone as it would have been a better deal if the cash back had come through.

Avoid this mobile phone provider at all costs, their product and customer service is abismal. Before I purchased my sim card I used their coverage checker to check my home and work address and was advised of a strong indoor and outdoor signal in both locations. We I got the sim I have been unable to get more than one bar at either location, with regular complete drop outs. At best their coverage checker is in-accurate but I suspect it is purposefully misleading. I then decided to terminate the contract (within the 7 day cool off period) only to be told initially I couldn't, even though I had been mis-sold the product. After many hours on the phone they agreed to terminate my contract, at which poiont the cut of what little connection I had staight away, leaving me with no phone, but then said I couldn't get my PAC code for 5 working days (completely against Ofcom's rules). My entire experience with Three has been awful

I ordered a £15 sim only deal. The cashback did not track, and after submitting a claim I was told the cashback had tracked with another merchant such as another cashback company or some other advertiser, so I did not receive my £23 cashback. I'm quite disappointed by this, but these things happen.

Review for purchase of iPhone4 with supposed cashback. This went nowhere, receiving no cashback at all. TCB's generic automated response was also frustrating and there was no push to actually get the cashback. All other experiences with TCB have been great, but this one was too good to be true and there was nothing I could do about it.

This was my first experience with 3, and I am impressed. The item arrived quickly, the billing was accurate and well explained, and the cashback appeared on my account within hours.

Earning cashback with 3 has been a nerve-racking experience. Once cashback for my 3 broadband dongle tracked, I nervously checked my account every day, expecting it to reset to zero at any time. The funny thing was the transaction tracked, moved to confirmed within a fortnight and became payable within the average time for this retailer. I got paid, but I know plenty of customers have not been and I was merely one of the lucky ones on this occasion.

Tried initially to buy my 3 12GB dongle from Currys, but having accepted my order, Currys found that they could not supply the item and my credit card was refunded. Next I ordered direct from 3. The order was delayed by a few days but is now here. £1.95 not mentioned when ordering has been added to the invoice, which I consider underhand. I'd have thought twice about ordering had I realized that buying direct incurs a £1.95 tax. This charge will not be so terrible if the £12 cashback currently showing on my TCB account is eventually paid, but 3 are infamous for resetting cashback to £0.00. Am I feeling lucky? Do I think I might be fortunate enough to win the 3 cashback lottery? I won't hold my breath.

This cashback offer seemed pretty good at around £67 for an iphone 5 on the one plan at the time, It tracked perfectly, The phone i received had a faulty screen and because of this three would not let me return it to them for a replacement, Three as a company are awful at customer service, luckily i cant complain at all about their network performance it truly is second to none, they have improved drastically all be it with a faulty phone which the apple store checked out for me instead. I havent received any cashback though and it has tracked through as £0.00 this changed after about 3 months when it should have become payable so very dissapointed as i had a better deal waiting with o2 and the cashback was my ONLY draw towards this network as it was going to pay for the initial cost of the phone. I think three need to sort out their customer service and give their customers what they deserve through top cashback as to date i havent had a penny from them, If ever i do, I will update this comment to reflect a positive experience like so many more on here.

Purchased iPhone 4S on the One Plan through the link from 3. The cashback tracked, as expected, then days before it was due to become payable, it dropped to nothing. Cue endless emails to TopCashBack, and they stated that 3 said it was completed offline. I never once spoke to 3, or had any correspondence with them, so unsure how this was the case. Basically, they got out of paying the cashback. Will avoid completely in the future!

Very poor I ensured that I cleared my cookies and went directly to 3 but they have used the excuse that another agent has received the cashback promised rather than topcashback, very very disappointed and wont be using them again. I can say though that topcashback have been brilliant even though they couldn't get the situation resolved.

So tracked initially at £110.09 like it should and stayed pending for 4 months. After that it changed to £0.00 and because it's after 100 days it can't chase it up. Absolute sham!

Didn't receive the £120 cash back from Three after taking out a 24month contract at £35. The higher cash back offer was one of the main reasons I went with this company over the likes of Vodafone and Orange. This is the third time I've used TopCashBack for Mobile contracts and the first time I've gone with Three, the other two paid out like they should.

Paid about half finally and gave an excuse like they paid it to some other referrer, this has happened twice. So I wouldn't purchase solely on cashback expectation.

Not had a transaction with them yet where they pay the expected amount. They pay much less and fob you off with some excuse like they paid it to some other referrer. Don't purchase solely on cashback expectation.
