This is the first time I've used the CashBack Service and it certainly won't be the last. I regularly check to see if I can use the service to purchase my desired items online. I found the whole experience stress free and very rewarding. I imagine retailers/merchants also love this service as I never would have purchased a phone from Hutchison 3G UK (Three) Ltd. However, when I saw the brilliant CashBack offered, I browsed their website which resulted in me making a purchase. Thank You for your excellent service.

WELL I AM SHOCKED!!!!
After reading the reviews on here about how bad things have gone for people, i was not hopeful that i wud get my £101 CB.
Everythin tracked fast that was gr8.
I got scared, last wk i think it was, wen it was still in the pendin column, so i emailed TCB to see if it was ok still. They said to stick with it and wen the date comes that it shud be payable, (2day 31/1/11) if it is still in pending they can nudge 3.
SO, then it moved to confirmed but i read that this happened to some peps and it didnt mean anything, that it then moved in2 payable with £0.00.
BUT Today my CB moved in2 payable and i swiped it b4 something weird may have happened. I am bubbling!!!!
So sorry to those who werent so lucky.

Five months in and still no sign of any cashback.
Transaction tracked but at £0 and despite providing all the information asked for there has been no progress at all.
Very disappointing.

Customer service, really poor, i mean really poor !!
Tried to cancell contract on phone for OVER 90 mins wanted credit card details over phone, er no ! said he then could do it on direct debit but then i had to phone back in 2 months time to give notice ? !!!! I want to cancell now, pay cancellation fee and go ! but he can't ! Why ?
What a waste of time !!.

Cashback recieved after about 3 months without problem. Three sent iphone very quickly but make sure you have got the right contract before you open the iphone as once you do there is no going back. Customer service is fine for straight forward issues but if anything complex it is an absolute nightmare dealing with indian call centres, a real frustrating experience which will make me choose a different provider next time.
