Ordered a laptop last week, the wrong one was delivered. It is now taking an age to get through to anyone who can sort it out, have rung and sent an email 5 days ago, phoned again today, so far no one has got back to me.

Hey... tell me a bit more about this merchant...
Currys is the UK’s biggest Electrical retailer and offers one of the most extensive product ranges online (over 6,000 lines). The range covers all electrical categories such as kitchen appliances, digital vision, DVD, home theatre, audio and photographic technology. Delivery options have been developed to allow customers the flexibility to not have to stay in all day to receive their products. Delivery is offered at pre-defined hourly or 4 hour time slots – generally between 2 and 5 days from a confirmed order, 7 days a week. Customers can easily return online purchased products to a Currys store should the need arise. Customers can also reserve items on line to them go and pick up at their local branch – who wants to wait for their new 42” plasma ;)
So how long does all this take...?
Expect transactions for this retailer to appear the following day, but can be a few weeks in some cases. Transactions are usually confirmed within a month. They should become payable 30 - 60 days after the event date, unless otherwise indicated on the Avg Payment Speed statistics above. Recurrences may be limited.
