I purchased the iphone4s + One plan tarrif on 8th of May 2012 . Tracked just after 1 hour time and after that I waited for 3 months and the payment of 110.09 £ (offered by TCB at that time) paid in to my bank account. The whole exprience was naturally an online shopping plus a huge cash bonous , priceless! :)

well I find myself lucky that I got a cashback on two sim only contracts after 3 months, you can check my 2 previous reviews where I haven't been happy with topcashback and three but hats off, it has come through! might consider shopping here again!

Cashback now received, took just under 3 months. The broadband internet using a Three dongle was absolutely fine, much better than a few years ago when last I used it regularly. No disconnections and I used the dongle a lot. No problems with billing, no hidden charges, all was very good. Cashback could be paid a bit quicker, that's the only grumble.

The initial purchase didn't go through, so I was unsure whether or not the cash back would work still. It was left 'pending a phone call from the retailer'.

Initially tracked and all was looking good. Confirmation email, delivery time etc all sorted. Nothing arrived (after waiting in for a day - annoying). Phoned Three and something had gone wrong putting my payment through. They resubmitted my details and all was good. Phone arrived the next day and I was very impressed at the ease with which I transferred the number, and the tarrif (One Plan on Iphone) was the best deal around. HOWEVER, since the initial order was cancelled, the cashback dropped to 0. I have raised a claim but after nearly a month am still waiting (despite a few nudges). While I appreciate there was an issue, this was on their side and since one of the reasons I went with Three was their generous cashbask, I will be annoyed if I don't recieve it. I would've srtuck with my existing provider otherwise who were offering a free phone.

Great deal on the contract - but the 80 pounds cashback that tracked then became 0 payable, which is rather poor.

Billco, I do hope you don't mind me copying your exact comment, for the simple reason that I think it helps reiterate the trend with Three. It would appear you've had even more patience that I have. My experience has taken 'only' 6 months from click to fail. Again, mine tracked and having done practice runs on their site, with another browser, there was less than 5 mins between my tracked TCB click and my Three welcome mail, but .. yes.. "awarded elsewhere". What actually is the incentive for a merchant to pay up anyway.. None? Again, TCB were attentive and personal in their responses, this was appreciated although ultimately to no avail, either. Your words are better than mine.......... Pity, the product is good and their own site is pretty clear. "Sadly just another example of 3 blagging their way out of awarding cash back here. Had a 1 month rolling contract for a mobile internet contract, cash back tracked and went payable at 0. Months later 3 finally bother to reply to tcb saying the cash back has been awarded elsewhere. Con artists - but then, being 3 - doesn't surprise me. Tcb have tried really hard to get the cash too!"

last monday i bought a paygo phone, didnt know if i would get the cashback after reading all the comments, took a day to track, this wed i noticed it had gone to 0.00 payable, hadnt expected much, but today looked and it had jumped to 12 payable. lovley thanks. have quickly asked for transfer to bank incase they change theyre mind again. honestly after reading the feed back i didnt expect the money, but i wouldnt have bought the phone because of the cashback, thats a bad idea, cashback with 3 seems hit or miss, i guess im lucky, lets see if they give me the cashback for my pay monthly broadband too.

I was a little dubious, but I am so glad I swapped to 3! I have always been with o2 up until now, but 3 have provided me with good value for money, and have a handy online section called my3 that lets you know exactly how many texts/minutes/data you have used, and what you have left. Plus I got a great cashback rate!!

Ordered a mobile for the nephew - the wrong one, so called 3 immediately afterwards to cancel. They said that they could not cancel the order as it had 'gone to the warehouse and cant be stopped.' I found this hard to believe, but when it was delivered - RM Special Delivery, I called 3 again as per their cancellation instructions. They sent a pre-payed RM Special Delivery envelope in which I returned the mobile. Had a full refund in approx 2 weeks but it should not have been necessary, and eventually 3 mobile spent quite a few quid on postage costs.. Oh, I ordered the correct one for the nephew and zero problems so far.
