Top Cashback are turning a blind eye when it's obvious that 3 are just tracking a sale and then rejecting it. In my view Top Cashback are just as bad for letting it go on.

Cashback was set to zero after 2 weeks of ordering Having said that and by reading the comments here I think Top Cashback should put a stop to this - this is just Fraud and it seems to me Top Cashback are simply turning an eye the other way.

Totally Cheated. Made a claim for £80.00 cash back in July 10. Did get Pending Credit of £48.00. Queried this, then it went to ZERO, then it was completely removed. Now been told that Three have paid it to someone else. Can’t tell me who because of confidently reasons. Spoke to Three Customer Services, who have informed me that “NO” payment has been made to any cash back website. To top it all TopCashBack have told me that the chances of it being a mistake are very unlikely and that there is nothing they can do about it. Bye Bye £80.00. Nice one TopCashBack.

Sounds good but I'm not convinced 3 will actually release the money. Seems like a lot of people have had issues with this. Having dealt with 3 cust services about other issues I don't hold out much hope of getting them to sort it out.

It's been at least a month and yet to receive my cashback - hence my no vote for last 3 statements. iPhone arrived OK but didn't have 3G as 3 had no record of me having received it. All got sorted OK and phone fantastic. Pay me and I'll be happy. Also...signed up for £99 upfront plus £30/mth but seem to paying £34.93 which is £29.73 + VAT...eh??? So basically not smooth but guessing it'll be OK...current deals showing £149 upfront and £30/mth...no mention of adding VAT later?!!

I made my purchase in January and it tracked fine until I came to making payment. At the last moment my cashback value changed to Zero. I have made a number of cashback nudges and I am still here 9 months later with the issue unresolved and the query still open. It is terrible, although I am happy with the Three service. It leaves a taste in my mouth and is very disapointing. Would not recumend buying through three if you are depending on the cashback

purchased a payg phone, and was expecting £12 cashback but so far has been tracked and confirmed as 0. Have put in a claim but told it was given to another retailer although i followed all the rules of clearing my cache and going via topcashback.

Hi, Like PollyM, A2009 and many others, after two months of waiting they declined to pay, having 5 contract with Three, and will start to cancel them one by one and move to O2, AVOID THIS MERCHANT THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL, it make me lose £25 commission to customer,

What a waste of time three are. I have bought 3 phones that my family are now using. ! cashback did not track. 1 tracked but disappeared a week later. The last one one just gone to 0 payable after 6 weeks. Useless.

I agree with the comments of PollyM. I joined there mobile network and was due £65 cashback and it showed for 2 months until a few days before becoming payable it changed to zero (0) payable. If 3 dont honour payments to customers they will go elsewhere. Very underhand. I woudl be interested to know how many people they do actually pay!

I received no cash back even though I was meant to get £60. My cash back was pending for a really long time and then it was suddenly declined. TopCashBack kept me waiting for more than 100 days which meant in the end I could not even lodge a complain. I would not recommend cashback through this website!!

This company is a scam and possibly topcashback is connected to this scam. My Cash back has been refused for the second time, they have declined payment on both occasion. First reason given last time was that I used another site and this time for the Iphone 5 no reason and unable to open a case. This is a SCAM!!

The One Plan Handset Contract, meant to pay £62.00. Message said successfully tracked, yet nothing ever appeared in my account. Lodged a claim with little faith of anything happening.

Tracked and showed at £62.62 very quickly and like many others cleared to £0.00 when it was payable. No specific reason given and no response to claims. This is one 3 customer who won't be renewing their contract!

Regular TCB user who is always diligent clearing cookies and never had trouble before, cashback tracked quickly but got slammed to £0.00 after the 3-4 month wait instead of anything actually turning payable. SUBSTANTIAL CAUTION required with this vendor. Looking at recent comments they are a slippery one and most positive comments seem to be from people who notice their cashback simply 'tracked' quickly and commented before actually being paid out

AVOID! Like the vast majority - just had a message today from TCB saying three cannot approve my claim as "another marketing channel was credited with the sale", which is utter rubbish. Cleared cookies, went through the TCB website in one sitting and completed wholly online (I still have the welcome to three emails with account no etc). Tracked correctly initially, but then mysteriously went to £0.00 after 3 months. Avoid Three at all costs!

A dispute outstanding from an order placed in June 2011, came back today as unpayable. I cleared cookies and solely used 3's website with no voucher codes. The order tracked initially at £53.53 as intended but then progressed to £0.00 payable. I subsequently submitted a ticket and got a response today November 2012 (over a year later) saying "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". This is not the case, and from reading other reviews comments I am not alone. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY from 3 for cashback and as a mobile provider, as I found the reception and customer service to be poor. This for me is like rubbing more salt into an already open wound with 3, bad experience with them from cashback to using their service to trying to terminate my contract. Dont say you havent been Warned.

Beware of buying a item via cashback if the firm concerned contacts you about the order by phone about the sale before delivery. I bought iphone from 3 via the topcash site - completed internet application with direct debit information, received acceptance of the order OK -now the trouble begins 3 decided they wanted an additional £75 deposit and requested the payment in a phonecall to me. I queried this and was told it was a refundable deposit but the 3 operater could not explain why I had to pay this £75 excess charge and there was no mention of it on the 3 website order form which I completed.. 3 then phoned me again about the order and I agreed to pay the excess deposit. 3 then proceeded with the order. What I didn't know it was no longer through the cashback site. It has taken 12 months for 3 to agree to refund me the amount of the promised casback offer. Topcashback claimed the sale was not made through the cashback site because 3 had contacted me with a phone call and the order was confirmed over the phone. Therefore they were not resposible for the casback being denied and that it was 3's fault. 3 denied responsility because they deal with topcashback through an intermeadiary and not directly. I believe 3 asked the extra refundable deposit was because I am 80yrs old

Took over a year to finally come back and say that Three said I used a promotional code / other cashback website and they refused to pay out for both my purchases. Very disappointed in Three and TopCashBack.
