We know how many of you enjoy playing the game, and how much time, commitment and excitement you put into it. That’s exactly why we’ve worked so hard to bring it back for you and why we love the game.
However, it’s with real regret we’ve made the difficult decision not to relaunch Summer Treats again. Despite our best efforts, we’ve been unable to get it running in a way that meets the standard you deserve.

Those of you who’ve been here a while may remember our Sweet Treats giveaway competition. Maybe you played it when we relaunched the game back in March this year?

We’re a little bit sentimental about our Sweet Treats game. We’ve run it so many times over the years, with the first-ever Sweet Treats competition taking place all the way back in 2015.
Until the start of 2025, it had been quite a few years since we’d run a Sweet Treats giveaway. We know you’ve missed it (we’ve read your comments!), so it’s back by popular demand.

When is Summer Treats?
The latest TopCashback Sweet Treats giveaway is running from 10:00 on Monday, August 4th, 2025, until 10:00 on Monday, August 11th, 2025.
The prize draw winner will be awarded their prize within five working days.
What can I win when I play Summer Treats?
The prizes up for grabs in this Sweet Treats giveaway add up to an impressive £30,000.
This total is made up of Instant Win prizes and the £1,000 mega prize draw.
Each time you find a hummingbird on site and click it, the hummingbird will reveal either an Instant Win prize board prize, or you’ll get an entry to the mega prize draw.
Here’s a rundown of the prizes up for grabs this time around.
Instant Win prizes
Instant Win prizes this year range from 10p to £100 cashback, with £29,000 worth of cashback prizes up for grabs.
Some prizes only require you to find one of each item, whereas the bigger prizes are only given to those who find four or five of that item. With that in mind, it’s worth checking the site every day for a chance to win bigger cashback prizes. Here’s the full Instant Win prize list for Summer Treats:

You can keep collecting Instant Prizes each day, right up until the end of the Sweet Treats game. They don't reset until the end of the game. For example, you could win £10 by collecting three flowers on three different days between August 4th and 11th.
Mega prize draw entries
Every hummingbird you find during the Sweet Treats game will get you one grand prize draw entry.
The lucky winner of our mega prize draw will win a whopping £1,000 in cash. The more entries you have, the higher your chance of winning the grand prize.
To increase your chances of winning, you can earn some extra prize draw entries when you share your My Prize Board game progress on social media. You can get five extra entries for sharing on Facebook and another five entries for sharing on Twitter/X.
How many prizes are up for grabs?
There’s a grand total of 60,893 prizes to play for in the upcoming Summer Treats game, plus one lucky prize drawer winner, who’ll win £1,000. These prizes are evenly distributed throughout the seven days of the game, so you have just as much chance on the first day as you do on day seven.

There will be hummingbirds hovering on different pages around the TopCashback website, with clues released on our site daily to help you find them. Here’s your step-by-step guide to playing.

#2 Browse the website for flying hummingbirds
Throughout the game, there will be flying hummingbirds on various pages of the TopCashback website. These will be visible on the main website and our mobile website, although you won’t find them in the app.
We’ll release a clue each day to help you work out where to find that day’s hummingbird.
You can find the daily clue on your Sweet Treats prize board, on our social media pages, or by checking the daily clue section of this guide.
Once you’ve worked out which page you need to look at from our daily clue, just type in the brand name in the search bar. Once you spot one, all you need to do is click on it and your prize will be revealed.
You’ll be guaranteed to find a hummingbird on the page if you’ve guessed the daily clue right. So, if you can’t find a bird on the page, double-check you’ve got the answer right! You don’t need to put the answer to the clue anywhere – it’s just a nudge to help you find the next bird.
As well as the daily clue hummingbirds, there will also be random hummingbirds flying around the TopCashback website. The more pages you click on, the higher your chances of spotting one!
Bonus tip:
If you look on a brand page and don’t find a bird, try again after three days, as one may still appear. This is because the game refreshes every three days, so you may have a chance of finding a bird if you’re patient.
#3 Check back each day
There are new clues released each day throughout the Sweet Treats game, which means you have at least one chance every day to win yourself a prize.
Every time you unlock an Instant Win prize, it will be automatically added to your personal prize board on your TopCashback account. This makes it easy to see what you’ve won so far, and also keep track of which sweet treats you’re missing.

How can I find hummingbirds on TopCashback?
Hummingbirds will be dotted all around the TopCashback site during the Sweet Treats game. You can find them on different pages each day, so make sure you check our daily clues to help you find them.
Bear in mind that you’ll only find birds on pages on the TopCashback website, not on the retailer’s own website.
What are TopCashback treats?
The TopCashback treats up for grabs in Sweet Treats range from 10p cashback to a £1,000 cash prize, which one lucky person will win.

I've missed a day, can I go back?
Yes! Don't worry if you've missed a daily clue. There will still be a hummingbird on each daily clue page, even after that day has passed, so you can go back and catch any you've missed.
Can I play Sweet Treats on the mobile app?
No, Sweet Treats is currently a website-only game. You can play on your desktop or mobile browser.
Will my prizes reset each day?
No, your prizes won't reset each day. Your Instant Win prizes will be stored in your prize board throughout the game. For example, you could win £5 by collecting three iced teas on three different days between July 28th and August 6th.
How are the prizes distributed?
We make sure to distribute the prizes evenly throughout the game, which means you’ll have a chance to win prizes every single day, including on the last day. There isn’t a particular strategy to win. The more pages you click on, the more likely you are to find a bird.
As for hummingbirds you find on other pages (that aren’t from daily clues), these are randomised for everyone. So, if your friend finds a bird on a particular page, that doesn’t mean you will.
There isn’t a maximum number of birds you can find each day, but we do have anti-cheat mechanisms in place.

E.g. if i find 3 jelly beans on day 1, i have to start again on day.
or do they compound?,
e.g. i can find the fourth jelly bean on the days following to get the prize.
The Sweet Treats you collect on your prize board won’t reset each day – they’ll remain until the end of the game at 12:00 on Monday, April 7th.

I got off to a flying start then all prize draws: No fried egg, no cola bottle, 1 cherry lip, 1 foam heart, 2 bonbons, 2 flying saucers, 3 jelly beans, four dummies then no more apart from a long run of prize draws – 62.
I wonder if there is a barrier to completing the final treat for a cash prize?
It seems strange to do so well then no treats to result in a cash prize – all on day one.
Day 2 clue is LOOKFANTASTIC and was another prize draw for me.
Plenty of lovely hummingbirds but never the 'final' treat to result in a cash prize.
I’m having the same problem, now I can only find hummingbirds on sites I’ve never clicked on before 😰
This is supposed to be random but it obviously isn't going by mine and many others' experiences on this 'game'. On the first day I found all but the last one of the candies then 'won' nothing but prize draw entries (PDEs). Every day since I have only ever won PDEs, 45 of them, never candies. Therefore this 'game' is fixed and has become very unenjoyable. I'm going back to Quidco.

Hummingbirds should be visible in Kindle browser, although if you have any ad blockers installed on your Kindle, this may stop the game from working properly. You may find it easier to play using a mobile browser, tablet or desktop. You’ll also need to be logged in to your TopCashback account in order to play.

If you’ve got the answer right, you’ll find a hummingbird flying around that page. Click the hummingbird to discover your prize.

If you click the ‘Sweet Treats Play For a Chance to Win’ banner at the bottom of the TopCashback homepage (desktop or mobile), you’ll see a ‘How To Play’ pop-up box appears. Click the ‘My Prizeboard’ tab on this screen to see the prizes you’ve collected so far.

After 1 sweet left in each category, i only fond tickets! 80 tickets in a row! Not so fair..
Sadly, I don’t seem to be able to get any hummingbirds. I click on the relevant store from the clues, but nothing happens.
When you had this game a few years ago I could click on the store and the hummingbird would appear, but this time I don’t find anything at all.
I am logged into my account, Am I doing something wrong? 🤷♀️

I've played this every time it's been run, and almost always win a few of the lowest prizes (as I have this time) but it hasn't quite been as fun as it usually is.
I've been keeping an eye on the TCB Facebook page, and more people have been complaining about only finding PDEs than usual which I'm not surprised at.
If it's run again in the future, PLEASE don't give every player all of the treats apart from the last one needed for each prize in the first few days, spread them out a bit!

I was on the ball with this. Early in morning I was figuring out the clues….managed to get all but one of all the sweets over 50p…..then it was just prize draw entries all the way…at end of play I think I had about 185 entries!!
