I think Play.Com is great. I almost always find the book I want on the site and invariably cheaper than elsewhere. Sellers are always great - sending books, cds and dvds quickly and with no p&p charges. And cashback tracks quickly as well.

Generally good site, prices not as good as they used to be but still some bargins. Cashback always tracks. However don't bother with the superpoints, you get 1 for every £ and they expire so unless you spend thousands with in a few months you'll not earn enough to buy anything decent with them

Discount may be low but often their prices are lower than other retailers. You can preorder but delivery is quick. You have to pay for returns even when it's their mistake although they do compensate. Ok
