I had to submit a Cashback Claim before the cashback amount was improved from zero. Purchase was made about a month ago and I'm still waiting for the cashback to clear as payable.

The company operates around 200 stores in key shopping locations nationwide, equating to over 1million sq. ft. of trading space, as well as a successful online store. Please be aware, if you make a HMV purchase using a voucher code, cashback will be awarded at 1% regardless of the advertised rate.
So how long does all this take...?
