Goods sold are competitive,sometimes cheaper than sites and can be dearer also.Cashback is reasonable.Purchases are well packaged and arrive in good time.

Orders normally track with no issues, decent cashback and payout speed is pretty good.
Play.com however have VERY POOR customer service when compared with a retailer such as Amazon

Always good value for money and free delivery - would be nice if the cashback level was higher for CDs/DVDs as this is what I use it most for but then it's money for nothing at the end of the day so can't moan too much! Delivery seems a little slow this time but it is the festive season and I guess their usual 2-3 days is slowed down by volume of post moving through... I did however get emails updating me on my order's progress so am kept in the loop. Topcashback seemed to take a while to show the transaction compared to other merchants but it did show up in a few days so am not complaining!
