Order from Play.com all the time. Only problem i have ever had is that 1 of the disks were missing out of a CD case. But they posted it out to me.

Product never got sent it seems, called to complain, they said nothing they could do about it for 3 weeks.
Then for some reason, 2 days later i was refunded.
