I had 2 of these cards gifted to me. Have not been able to spend as the shops on line that they say accept them do not, even though I went through One4all Website. £60 down the drain. is there a way to get the cashback???

I was gifted one of these cards. It's impossible to spend at the retailers that they claim accept the card. All you can do is watch your balance go down by 90p/month in service charges up until the point it's all been taken.

Appalling customer service lied to on numerous occasions. Do not bother buying one of these cards i paid £50 and it didnt load been waiting 6 weeks for a refund and i just get diffrent answers everytime i call disgusting

I am disappointed with this card. It says on the information "We now accept PayPal online" but when I tried to use it for Paypal, it did not work. Paypal said the card was refused by the issuer. Then the website for One4all gift card charged me £1 because I stupidly clicked on a button for "pending transaction". £1 is a small amount but I'd to be charged when I know I'm being charged instead of suddenly being charged. Point of the story: Doesn't work with paypal. Not going to recommend to anyone.

I received a one4all gift card for christmas with £50 on it.
I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner from Argos using this card.
Walking into argos I tried paying for the product using this card, their card reader did not recognize the card even though Argos is listed as one of the supported retailers where the card can be spent.
I stayed in argos for over half an hour trying to resolve the issue but was informed it is a fault with the card itself. I sepent a long time on the 0870 number for customer services and they did not have any solution apart from sending the card back for a replacement.
However the card was not damaged in any way, it was in pristine condition and sending ck I would have to pay a £5 charge for a new one. To get gard fully refunded as cash also costs £7.50.
I wasted a lot of money and time trying to use this gift card and I would not recommend it to anyone.
