Cashback did not track for unknonw reason. It took 2 months to chase response from LastMinute and they say the cashback was registered with a site other than topcashback, but it was not. Can't make much sense of this.

I will not be using lasminute.com again. Even though no discount codes were used and I booked via topcashback my cashback was declined. After nearly 5 months of waiting for my claim to be looked at by lastminute.com they have declined the claim. So yes, the cashback percentages may look appealing but cashback is not paid out. I have used a number of other merchants on topcashback, in the same way I used lastminute.com and all others have paid as expected. I will be shopping with other merchants in future, ones which pay the cashback as promised.

Tracked fine and moved to confirmed. But declined for no reason. Even after repeated attempts. Don't hold out for cashback for them!!!

Cashback did not track and had to submit a ticket which has just been finalised after almost 10 months. They refused to pay out stating that payment was awarded to another site. I not sure what they mean as I made my booking via topcashback and I don't use any other cashback site. Very disappointed.

Hotel accomodation bought though lastminute.com Expecting over £300 cashback, which made it cheaper than buying elsewhere. But no cashback paid although click-through recorded! 6 months now. Poor service

Yet again failed to track.It seems to occur more and more. TCB please check the customer reviews on all companies and remove the increasing number of rogue traders, they are doing your reputation no good at all.

The booking and hotel were fine. However no cash back registered so I lodged a claim with Top Cashback. They had all the records of my booking and efficiently passed the claim to Lastminute, who initially registered a reduced amount of cash back. Now, 6 weeks after my original booking the cash back claim has been rejected by Lastminute. I can see no reason for this and find it extremely annoying, especially as all other merchants I have used through Top cashback have responded well.

Refused my Cashback claim despite the order number being correct. They said it was incorrect & the claim was invalid! Not so! The hotel booked through them was fine, but not impressed with Lastminute's response. Beware!

Dont trust the tracking on this retailer - laterooms is better. Tracking through but as £0 - done it twice now and when try to put in claim does not give an option for hotels. Steer clear until they have sorted out there system.

booked hotel for £188.00 but cashback tracked as zero i.e. no cashback payable. have submitted a claim and await response. this is the first time this has happened to me and have used lastminute before with no problems.

Finding it extremly hard to get through to retailer regarding the product purchased, despite sending email's, ringing, visiting website, etc. Will not be using them again.

For Gods sake it's been nearly TWO YEARS since this holiday / claim. They are clearly utter fraudsters and have ABSOLUTELY NO intention of honouring this - REMOVE THEM FROM TCB ASAP. They had £1500 for my holiday... FACT !!!! Why do I pay TCB £5 admin fee for apparently doing NOTHING for me ... I AM YOUR client !!? even though YOU have been paid your click through commission !!?!! I have NOT :-(.

Booked new York weekend trip for four through top cashback and lastminute.com Cashback should have been approx £70 but surprise surprise last minute declined cashback stating that they could not trace it although confirmation received seconds after visit confirmed by top cashback Do not trust them they will try to wiggle out of paying you !!!

Third time I have used last minute.com to buy a hotel stay and the cash back is clearly not tracking for me. I don't understand why but I am about to lodge my third missing cash back claim against lastminute since May this year.
