Cashback didn't track. raised a missing claim. Cashback appeared I closed the claim, then when I tried to make a payout it went back to zero. Poor!

99.91% at time of writing, I must be unlucky then, used them three times never received any cashback despite logging missing cashback claims. Only merchant I have had problems with in eight years.

Great apart from the fact that cash back didn't track. followed link from TCB, got message to say visit tracked, paid but transaction didn't appear. All the other hotels booked for same trip with other merchants tracked fine. Been through customer services and last minute have declined.

Does not track nor does it payout. After all these years with TC this is the only company I have had an issue with. Was due £70 back and surprise surprise it has not identified TC to be the channel I went through.

After contacting Customer Care, cashback was refused by Lastminute as they stated that Topcashback wasn't the last site visited. I don't use another cashback site! Frustrating! Won't be using them anymore.

Not happy at all. Have declined my cashback for a hotel booking just after the date when it is too late to cancel. I only booked via lastminute because of the cashback - without that it is more expensive than booking direct with the hotel.

Cashback not tracked. Unfortunately, my transaction was more than 100 days ago, so I cannot query it. I will not use this merchant again. The only failure that I have had so far with Topcashback.

My first ever cashback fail! No problems with my hotel booking, but despite tracking quickly, cashback was ultimately declined. Response through tcb claims procedure was that LastMinute had 'not identified ourselves [tcb] as the last referral'. So - by all means book your travel with them, but don't rely on the cashback.

Poor service - cashback didn't track and lastminute.com suggested that final click through hadn't been from TCB (it definitely was...). Wouldn't recommend using based on my experience.

Never Tracks automatically! have to fill in claims every time and the cashback percentages have a habit of changing when that happens and not for the better!

Lastminute.com should be removed from topcashback. This is the third time I have used them through topcashback, they have not tracked on every occasion, the first two occasions I got the cashback from lodging a ticket, however recently the third time they have rejected my topcashback claim saying the order doesn't exist despite me putting in the order and still going on the flight this September???? I use topcashback all the time and have done for years and never had a problem apart from with lastminute.com.
