	Cashback tracked very quickly. Be aware though, cashback is paid on ex-VAT price. Just waiting to be paid now!

	The only thing worse than the quality of this shed is the standard of their customer care - late deliveries, useless delivery system, incorrect, damaged and substandard parts and the worst customer service ever - once they get your payment they are no longer interested.

	Ordered a 6 by 4 shed for storage. Delivery driver had absolutely no personality. Wood used was terrible. We had to bodge some pieces together that had no physical way of fitting together without bodging! The roof felt was cut to an awkward size in which we had to piece together which of course compromises its ability to be waterproof! The instructions that came with it were far from clear, and then to top off, they denied all knowledge of cashback stating that we must have used a different source to find their website when, having been using tcb for a few years now, am 100% confident i didn't do. Complete rip off merchants. Would never use again and would never recommend.

	Refused my cashback claiming another site had been used which was complete rubbish, in my opinion just a way of getting out of paying cashback. Customer Service terrible despite them claiming to pride themselves on their communication skills - still waiting for a reply to my email over 3 weeks ago. Shed supposed to be green but silver. Attempted delivery 1.5 hours after the time range, no phone call, just a card through the door (which must have been rammed through as it broke the letter box). Wanted me to sign a disclaimer before the product had been removed from the van. Price good for product but would not recommend as this outweighed by all of the above.

	Bought a shed for garden, with a delivery time of 7 - 10 days. It arrived 3 weeks later, minus a door, and the first thing needed to build the shed is the door, in order to attach the side panels to. After a number of attempts I finally got in touch and they said they would send another one, but it would be 7 - 10 days for delivery.........again 3 weeks later i received the door. So it's now taken 6 weeks to get my items. During this time the other pieces had been left outside as I have no garage to store them in, and by the time i everything had arrived to get started the earlier pieces I'd been sent had bowed with the weather. Ended up having to go to B&Q for replacements taking the overall cost from £113 to £196 ! To top it all off the cashback wasn't tracked so had to submit missing cashback claim. The shed was bought in August and I received my cashback today - March 21st.........SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING. Do not deal with this company................!

	Do not buy from this company if you expect to receive it within a month minimum. They put ridiculous claims of delivery time on their website but I ordered my shed 3 weeks ago and they are still unable to give me any idea of when it might be delivered. This is probably the worst service I have received in a very long time!

	Thumbs down to GBD. As I was ordering online, I phoned to check the timescale and was told delivery would be in about a fortnight (not great, but decided that was acceptable). Fortnight has been and gone - no notification of delivery (though my money has long since gone). I rang and was told it would be a minimum of 4 weeks!
