	I have been totally let down by this company, after about 3 weeks having made an order; having had no contact from the company, I called to arrange delivery and assembly. I was told that they were unable to honour my order, and dismissed it as, one of those things. I explained I had taken a week off work to accommodate the delivery, and insisted that they honour the contract. I then got an email later that day saying they refunded my money. I will not accept this treatment from them and am hoping that they will offer a solution; as I agreed to move my vacation a week further on, in order for the contract to be complete. They did quote T&C's to me, but this is certainly extremely bad customer service and practice. As a matter of note I have seen there were only 2 satisfied entries on the testimonial section. I hope my issue will be solved, will publish the outcome as soon as .

	Excellent VFM product with prompt delivery following order on the 15th September 2009. Bad news is that I have yet to receive cashback on my account, despite submitting a claim and several nudges. Looks like I must be in the 1% who failed to track and even that would have been fine if seven months later it had been resolved!

	I ordered a lean to greenhouse from Garden buildings direct because I've been waiting for nearly a month for a plant house from Dobies. Ordered it Weds evening and it arrived Friday lunchtime! Cashback also tracked very quickly too.

	A good company to deal with. They caused a bit of confusion with their communications, (extra email sent saying delivery was next day when really was 3 days) but items were correctly delivered at agreed date & time. Still waiting for payment of cashback, but it has been confirmed (after 6 weeks)
