Don't know why they are on a cashback site
None of the purchases I have made this year have tracked. Not a single one. I have had to claim each individually and most have been turned down for absolutely no reason.

No point them still listing
Every transaction tracks as zero. Most recent one not even showing. I'll be changing to another merchant for future travel.

Very rarely tracks
I used to get my purchases tracked without any problem but within the last month or two it seems that I have to raise a ticket for every single transaction which is very tedious. Other retailers are tracking so I don't think I'm doing anything 'wrong'

Has never tracked a claim succesffuly
I travel once a week via Chiltern Railways and it has never successfully tracked once in over 15+ purchases. No luck in reporting a missing cashback claim either

All my cashback due from Chiltern has been refused -
I've done more than 30 bookings .... I get cashback from lots of other retailers so I don't think it is something I've done wrong. :(

Now declining valid claims
Avoid! They've suddenly started declining perfectly valid claims, alleging that you were purchasing something "not valid for cashback".

Fast payout and great service - even got a no-fees instant refund when I bought a ticket which was unneeded. Probably one of the smoothest booking experiences in the rail industry. Remember to book with a real card though as the ticket machines validate the exact card used (fell for this once using a virtual Monzo card). Shame the cashback rates are so low though.

My cashback never tracks when I use my own laptop. However, when I use my work PC, the cashback will track. Very strange!

Everythime I use it, it does not track and I have to put in a manual claim. It's not cookie related as other websites track.

I buy train tickets 3 or 4 days each month. Every one has tracked and paid out within a few weeks. Great rate too.

My transaction in October 2019 did not track. 95%+ of my transactions do track as I am very careful about cookies and adblock. It was successfully resolved by a manual claim however. This was for a purchase of multiple train tickets, which may be unusual.
