Be VERY wary of 3. Signed up using their 'Recommend a Friend'. All confirmed on website and order etc - for £30 account credit.
When the phone arrived there was no mention of the £30 credit. Called 3 and they said it hadn't been applied and 'could only apologise'. No offer to give me the £30 promised at the time of ordering. Scammers! Sent phone back and cancelled contract.

Absolutely awful... tracked fine at £100.00 and then just days before its due to be payed, it changes to £0.00.... NOT HAPPY!

As with the others in these posts cash showed up at incorrect amount and when i put in a claim i have just found out it has now gone to zero. WHAT A FARCE AND NOW TIED INTO 18MTH CONTRACT......ROBBING 3...NOT ON SORT IT OUT.....

JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT £80 CASHBACK WAS OFFERED, ONCE I SIGNED UPTO MOBILE BROADBAND IT WAS THEN SLASHED FROM £80 to £48. ????? IF I KNEW THIS I WOULD HAVE SIGNED UPTO 02 BROADBAND WHICH WAS CHEAPER, NOW I"M TIED INTO 3 MOBILE BROADBAND CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS, WELL DONE 3!! :) YOU'VE BAGGED ONE IDIOT HERE, SO HOPEFULLY MY REVIEW WILL SAVE OTHERS FROM THE SAME TREATMENT

Generous cashback of £3.50 from a £10 sale, but there's a cathc. Had to request a missing claim which took 3 months. No surprise as I have always had hassle with 3 Mobile. Their customer service is poor in my experience.

Seems to have tracked the same day...but for the wrong amount! Only HALF of what it says it should be!! Also, no confirmation email from the retailer and when I tried to call the number listed, it is with significant cost. I have 14 days to return the product and may just do that as I do not want continuous customer service issues. Shame, such a good deal (it seemed!).
