Three broadband etc very good service from their customer services team here and abroad when I had a problem. Phoned me on time daily and updated me until fixed. Far better than some other companies I could mention! Recommended if they keep this level of customer care up.

AWFUL COMPANY. I've just finally escaped from 3 network at the end of my contract. I cannot recommend strongly enough that everyone avoid them!! Anytime a problem arises, customer services are the worst I have ever experienced from any company. They lie shamelessly and even try to make out the customer is lying or stupid if you challenge them, or catch them out. Their coverage is still awful in many areas, but they refuse to admit this and claim the problems will be solved with newer phones - not true. And claim you can use o2 network where theirs doesn't reach - also untrue. I told them 3 months ago to cancel my contract (min term was over), and several times since, and they are still trying to charge me. Such tempting offers - but so not worth the hassle!!

I bought 2 PAYG handsets and top ups for each, the transaction tracked and displayed the cashback amount but like quite a few other people's experiences, after a while it became payable at £0.00. I have submitted a claim, only time will tell if my claim is succesful.

Like so many others, my cashback tracked fine initially, after signing a contract in Sept 08, then went to £0 in Jan 09. Have had an open case for this one since then, but as of end of July 09 I've heard absolutely nothing.

Must say I have to agree with the negative comments for cashback with Three Mobile. My transaction tracked fine but was subsequently 'cancelled by retailer' without explanation.
Have since had a missing cashback claim outstanding for nearly 3 months, so looks like Three aren't playing ball on this one.
Looks generous, but certainly not one to bank on.

Not very happy as I went through the online process for a new pay monthly phone, only to receive an email the next day to say I'd failed the credit check (I've never had a problem with my credit rating on anything before). I rang up to find out why but all the guy could suggest was applying over the phone as apparently it's easier to pass the credit check this way. It went through this time, but it had to be done as a new application, so I'm assuming I'm going to miss out on the cashback, plus also missed out on a £20 accessory voucher which had been offered to me online. Not impressed as this seems like a sneaky way to avoid paying back.

3 are a terrible company with appalling and rude customer 'service'. I would recommend that you avoid them at all cost. The cashback levels do not compensate for the long phone calls and rude staff. I will be cancelling my contract with 3 as soon as the minimum period ends and would recommend that they are avoided.

My purchase tracled quicky but then suddenly got put to zero! It may be because I had to get a rep-lacement phone as battery was faulty. I have lodged an enquiry and really hope it gets reinstated as £47 is a lot of money and will lose faith with this site.

I'm another person who found that the cashback amount magically turned into £0 when it reached the payable section. There was a delay of almost a month while 3 kept telling us they were waiting for a credit check to come back before they accepted the contract, so not sure if that had an impact.
Have put in a claim now and waiting to see what the outcome of that is.

Tracked within a couple of days. Very impressed not only with the service, phone arrived when stated and is a good spec. Bought the Skype phone S2 and I love it. Partner wants one now.
