good product & service
Handmade product so had to wait for delivery but I did order at a very busy time. Bag is literally made of only leather so no linings/pockets as you would from a mass production bag - but I was expecting this. They offer a lifetime repair service for their products and a decent amount of cashback was paid and quite quickly. Have ordered a second bag!

Cash back declined
Update to previous review. Product still excellent but cashback declined. Don't allow promises of cashback to influence purchase decision.

Cash Back offer is declined, misleading
We purchased the bag online and followed the instruction, £8.76 was offered, then declined without a valid reason. Not very good at all.
