Traced the problem to inadvertantly adding another ad to Computers section only a day after the first ad I used to join up with. They seem to delete the first ad and replace it with the latest one you post. Just proves how easy it is to make a mistake when posting 8 ads on different topics, for example. Not sure why they have not automated the scripts to warn and block a second ad from us in the same category too quickly. After all, the noticeboards on PTR sites manage to do so.

Now I only have 2 x 30 pence ads tracked. Perhaps there was somthing wrong about one of them.

I have 3 x 30 pence transactions tracked for 10/5/9 so I suggest this is added to the "Retailers Which Earn You Money With No Purchase" Recurring Earners link. In which, at present, it is not found. Neither is it in the "No Purchase offers" link either. You can do as many ads as allowed every 2 days, so that is recurring by any definition, it does not have to be daily recurring to be useful. I am now going to construct as many GENUINE different ads and post them in as many categories as I am able to, and still comply with their rules, and see if they track. The ads seem to be getting responses as well, so we win both ways when using Viva.

To partially answer my own question 2 comments down, Viva says: Important You cannot post more than one ad every 2 minutes on VivaStreet and the same ad more than once in the same category within 48 hours. ################## So if you had a genuine universal ad that fits all categories (if not, the site will delete them and to much off-category abuse would delete the account) then you could post every 2 minutes in 88 different categories every 2 days. 88x30=over £25 every 2 days (£26.40). Such a unique universal ad is unlikely to exist, so the next best thing is if you can tailor an ad to each of the 88 sub-categories. That is unlikely, unless you are a seasoned Ebay/Amazon type seller, so perhaps the best you can hope for is half a dozen ads every 2 days. £1.80 every 48 hours. If it all tracks. If Viva do not object about something and delete paytments before they are due. Perhaps best not to overdo things until TopCashBack add more details to their description of what and how and why we are paid, what we are paid from Viva.

Just been on site to check something, and post another ad. Saw this. ############ Payout: Get paid £0.50 for every single ad a user you refer (who makes a )post on Vivastreet (30 day cookie). Posting an ad is 100% FREE. Rules: 1. You are allowed to use PPC advertising but you can't bid on our Brand Name. 2. You can't incentivise the posting of an ad. No Cash back etc... 3. Every ad posted is subject to moderation. We won't pay for deleted ads (Duplicates, Fake ads, Spam, ads not complying with our Terms of Use) ############### If point 2 is true there is a danger that we will get nothing at all if TCB has not arranged a special deal with them. So "Mum's the word" perhaps? Be careful in your dealings with Viva and do not moan to them that you have not got your 30 pence. Given they say they pay 50 pence, perhaps TCB are on a CASHBACK-site reduced-affiliate rate. I would have asked TCB directly but they are so busy I would not expect a reply, as I have closed off 3 other tickets with their help desk, due to getting too bored waiting a week for a reply.

Joined up (as below), tracked at 30 pence not £1. Perhaps I did join up in 1999 as the ad date implied!

Further info to below, the ad tracked at 30 pence, so I guess in 1999 I must have joined, possibly with the same username, if not email account, so "got sussed". I do not mind. Now to see if I get 30 pence per ad or 30pence per day or the tracking problems that some other TCB members have reported.

Just added my first advert, says I joined today, yet my add is dated 1999! Not sure how that is, so I am not going to count on £1 or even £0.30 tracking in TCB if scripts are that screwy. Got an email saying the ad had been successfully placed in MLM - Work from Home section, OK. What I wonder is, TCB say on their front page of this merchant (ont Cashback tab used to continue to Merchant) that 100% tracking but I read all 4 pages of comments and many of us have complained that either no tracking, or transacitons were bvoided to zero before paying. And another thing to think about. I assume this is a recurring earner, but nowhere can I find if you get 30 pence per ad, for every ad, even if you post 100 in one day (so potentially earning £30). I assume it is safe to try adding 1 advert every 24 hours, so for safety, to avoid not getting paid for the effort, make that 25 hours, so try posting an hour later each day. I suggest that, as if the scripts are particular about whether or not it recognised the previous ad as being logged in its system 23 hours and 59 minutes before the next one, the rigid logic of the program may refuse to allow it to be accepted as another payable event (if the limit is "one a day") Can anyone tell us, and more particularly, tell TopCashBack admin, so they can put it in the Merchant Description part for the rest of the members to see.

To respond to NickName : onesexylady Join Date : 20 Jun 2007 Post Count : 35 Cashback Experiences Don't waste your time on this for posting adverts after initial join up. This tracked for me the first 3 days and will not track at all since then, why? It tracks very easily on other sites daily but not here. Same with win4now why does it have to be topcashback that cant do this? ########################## You have the clue in your own question. "It tracks very easily on other sites daily ". Most sites like Kelkoo, The HighSgtreet Web, Search Chief and Cascade Compare, will void transactions after a certain number of clicks FROM THE SAME IP ADDRESS. You are obviously doing the "daily clicks" on another site, and then coming to TopCashBack and doing more of the same. So the merchant voids the TCB registered clicks as they are later in the day and what the merchant classes as "fraudulent clicks", which they will not pay TCB for. Clicks here being a quick label to refer to the act of posting an advert in this case of Viva, or searching for stuff with the price comparison sites mentioned. In fact Google (yes I know this is not Google) Adsense tells us in their Terms, that they will, and DO void ALL clicks if they suspect a set of fraudulent clicks are taking place. INCLUDING ANY GENUINE ONES FROM OTHER VISITORS that may be caught up in between the time slice incorporating the suspect actions. Hence possibly you are not getting paid for the clicks on the other site(s) either, or at least, not all the time.
