No complaints with rug or delivery. Cashback declined though probably because their website was offering a 20% discount and they were already much cheaper for the same rug than other sellers.

Service and product was fine but they would not honour the 10% site wide discount code plus cashback. I raised a ticket with TCB and they couldn't persuade The Rug Seller to honour their 10% discount code, even though it is still shown against their TCB offer (as at 19 Aug 2022). But kudos to TCB as they paid the cashback to me, which is much appreciated. But nil points to The Rug Seller for their faulire to honour their own cashback and discount terms.

They declined the cashback without reason. Disappointed that the rug was also out of shape and with a noticeable flaw in the middle of it when it arrived - so overall a poor experience with these

Bought from The Rug Seller as it was a good deal with cash back. NOT such a good deal when The Rug Seller REJECT my cashback. No reason, no explanation, just rejected. WHY OFFER IF YOU THEN DON'T ACTUALLY PAY IT?
