Excuses to not pay out
Was refused cashback as they have said I used another affiliate to make the purchase and not topcasback which is a lie. I even refused the free gift that was supposed to be included to ensure that cashback was paid. Would not use again.

Dishonest retailer
Cashback appeared in my account , but was declined by retailer for no reason. Topcashback should delist retailers who are not treating consumers fairly.

Avoid at all costs
Never had cashback declined before and i use tcb for EVERYTHING. The expected cashback was £13.52. They declined it. Absolute farce of a company whose customer service is also shocking. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely appalled. I have never left a review before but this time I am that disappointed I felt I had to. Tracked no issue, But then was declined. I submitted a missing cashback claim to wait absolutely months with the outcome from GHD that I had either returned or used a voucher. I 100% didn't use a voucher as i knew it would affect my cashback and my partner uses daily. Be warned DO NOT USE!! I could have got the Straighteners cheaper from another website but with the cash back made the official site cheaper. Shame I didn't get the cashback. Very Annoyed and bitter and would never use GHD again!!!!!!!

Never received my cashback. The reason given was the cashback was already claimed! A strange excuse, how can someone claim my money? It would show as paid on my account. The bad thing was I could have bought the straighteners cheaper from my local salon!
