Very quick and easy to do however said you spent £40 you would get an extra 10% but when you get to the checkout and put in the promotion code it is only for free delivery which it offers anyway. I spent £260 so the extra 10% would have come in handy.
Would still use again.

Despite it tracking and having no reason for the merchant not to pay up, they chose not to. Not a good merchant to depend on cashback for.

Poor. Didn't delivery cashback. Just denied the claim and slow delivery. Unhelpful customer service. I wouldn't recommend this retailer.

this retailer did not give the cash back at I should have been given.
saying that I went through other cash back company. which is a lie
I did have a voucher code but used it through this site.
quality of the item wasn't as I expected but didn't complain as needed for a gift and with the cash back that I was expecting I didn't want to. now wished I had. :(

The Gift Experience wasn't an on line retailer that I was familiar with so I admit I had some hesitation ordering from them. However, I took the plunge and ordered a personalised bottle of wine from them for £12.99. The cash back tracked very quickly, and the goods arrived (very well packaged I have to say) a few days later. I wouldn't have any hesitation ordering from them again and have had absolutely no qualms about their service.
