	Getting this cashback has felt like having teeth pulled! It took almost 10 months to process even changing from £40.42 to 0 at one stage.

	Worst payout rate ever - took just under A YEAR to get the payment - the policy is just about due for renewal - guess what - I won't be re-insuring through Co-Operative!

	Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Having purchase the insurance in December 2014 I raised a support ticket in August because the £38 tracked cashback had still not reached payable and I was told there was a delay with Co-Operative insurance. I log on today to find that the tracked amount has been reduced to £0! I have already contacted customer support through my still open support ticket so lets see what happens. Unfortunately I have to leave one star to even submit this review otherwise it too would have been a big fat zero!

	This is a disgraceful company, purchased in February 2015, been pending payment of £35.35 for 8 months. then today goes down to £0. Would never use this company again. Why does Topcashback keep promoting this company?

	I took out this policy in Nov 2014 and am still waiting on payment. I have had to use them so a good company for claims, just no good for TCB.

	If I could give zero stars I would - bought insurance back in November 2014, still no cashback to date. Issue raised with TCB but will not be renewing with them (co-op) next year. I wish companies wouldn't advertise on this site if they have no intention of settling claims.

	I bought this insurance in December 2014 and am still waiting for my cashback to become payable. I can't even raise a ticket with Topcashback as the filtering system doesn't recognise Co-operative Pet Insurance as a merchant and sends me round and round in circles through the FAQs! very disappointed with both Co-operative Insurance and Topcashback. A similar pet insurance bought by my firend from another merchant through another site at the same time was paid out in May!

	Absolute con artists. not worth even one star, it took them 6 months to get it confirmed and god knows how long it will take to get it paid out.

	Took out the policy mid Aug' 2014 and it is now mid Feb' 2015 and nothing at all received!!!! Disappointed!
