	I've purchased a lot from Sony over the last few years, never had an issue with cash back tracking or reaching payable. My most recent transaction took less than 2 months before moving to payable (before "Faster Paying" was introduced)

	Purchased a Sony Vaio E series laptop on the 25 Oct 11, cashback tracked within a day. Cashback was paid on 21 Feb 2012. So it took a few months but received it in the end. very happy with the purchase.

	Ordered laptop for a christmas present, delivery date 4 - 6 weeks so we knew when ordering it, it wouldnt arrive in time, then on 23rd December the store (Lincoln Sony) rang and asked if it was a present if yes they had located one in another store which we could have and it arrived on the 28th December. They really went out of their way to help, great service, Well Done Lincoln Sony

	Follow-up of my original comment. Cashback has now been paid so for any of you unsure whether Sony do pay (or not) should take confidence in my experience which was fantastic. I'm really happy with the product, the experience and the amount of cashback received from Sony (£30 for a £490 laptop bought from their outlet store). Thanks again, Sony.

	Bought a great laptop at an amazing price. Even better if the generous cashback comes through. Cashback came through within hours of purchase but I just wonder how long I wait before I receive it. However, I'm over the moon with my new laptop and have to thank Sony for that.

	Laptop took over 6 weeks to arrive, had endless problems trying to buy as the website was constantly showing as out of stock.

	Further to my previous post, the cashback has now tracked following an enquiry ticket submitted to Topcashback - on a "Sony Centres" pre-built purchase, clicked through via this website. Well done Topcashback, thank you :-)

	Ordered a laptop in January 2011 and still awaiting for the the cashback to be paid. I am also very disappointed with the laptop, the fan makes an awful noise. I never had this problem with other laptops. I was expecting more quality from Sony, The laptop wasn't cheap.

	No problem tracking but very slow paying. I ordered my laptop early december, still dont have cashback. Ex VAT wasnt listed then but the cash back amount was still ex vat. Plenty of other retailers selling the same. Wouldnt use again.

	I ordered a Vaio laptop in August 2008. I was due cashback of £27.45 which never tracked. Despite submitting a claim, TopCashback has never been able to verify the cashback nor provide a reason that Sony have not paid. I only just received a note from TC saying there is nothing more they can do. I am happy with the laptop generally although the battery no longer charges properly. It lasted about 2 years and now on a full charge only gives me 20-30 mins of use.

	I ordered a laptop 3 months ago and it has not even tracked, despite several nudges! I am particularly annoyed as I could have bought it from Comet who I know have a good cashback record. If you order from Sony Style do not expect to receive the cashback.

	Waste of time Waste of time, I’ve purchased two items that were all quite expensive and it sounded good to get the cashback. 40 days later I’ve finally been told two of the items have declined, why do I bother. No explantation as to why. So yeah I’ve given up and will stop using

	I lost hope in Sony and Sony Cashback offer, I am changing make. I am returning to my old Nikon, never had a single issue with Nikon, Nikon doesn’t lose value as Sony, probably not the best mirror less but I am sure soon they will come with something newer and better. So BYE BYE SONY. KEEP YOUR CASHBACK. ??

	No cashback ever received despite numerous complaints and nudges. Sony owes me £30. Never again.

	Tracked very fast, but now its 10 months without any cashback!!! I would not recommend purchasing a Viao directly with Sony, go to another retailer.

	it was my first vaio purchase. disappointed with both the laptop and the cashback! 9 months on and the laptop packed up. within warranty period but sony citing clauses to get out of repairing it. no cashback either. will never buy from sony again. very disappointed!

	Paid for laptop in November 2010. Still haven't received cashback yet - been confirmed but not payable for months now. Ridiculous.
