I have now lost three different cash backs on snap and save as I have been notified (quite a few days later!) that my photo has not uploaded properly. Why is it that previously using my iPhone they have, and indeed, since these failures?? I have not had an explanation or respond

AVOID. When you upload a reciept, immediately you recieve an E-mail saying you recieved cashback. When you log in later you fine it was declined....no E-mail for that. No help or customer service!

The worst cashback ever, I will just use click snap & checkoutsmart from now on. They don't take weeks to process a claim like you, and then decline it!!

Not easy to earn cashback via snap & save, many transaction are declined either item is purchased on sale or its of low price. merchant wants more spend to earn 10pence. Snap & save needs to be revised to facilitate customers purchases regardless of price item was bought on.
