Could be better. There are times that I submit a receipt showing purchase of the specified product and it's rejected without explanation. It's the exact product specified.

snap & save not worth the hassle - not even willing to pay out 10p for some crumpets as say cant read a receipt even though sent another clearer image - waste of time

It's ok. Be careful as the there are limitations to the cashback. You might not get cashback in the end so don't rely on getting it back!!

Does not all ways work keep saying not all information is on receipt or item not on receipt when i know it is and when you resubmit the receipt if you are lucky enough to still have it you never hear any more about it.

It might be easy to earn the cash back, but it’s not each to claim it back and for it to go into bank! I am still waiting and all I keep getting is wait 72 hours I do and then it says the same after I have already waited!!!!

Stressful. Stated my PayPal was wrong, when it wasn't. Every time I had to ammend following request it would take 72hrs until I I could try again. I then had to result to an old paypal account

Nightmare on PC. After uploading photo seemed to lock up,but then seemed okay. Waited 7 days but still no sign. Tried PC again but looked the same. So used mobile app and that worked payable next day. So got 40p but lost £1.50 because icecream had expired the day earlier so not happy.
