Sent images twice as some receipts are on both sdies which may ahve led to confusion. Emails both sides but requests have been declined

I had trouble uploading my receipt when using the "groceries" section and I wasn't sure if it went as it came up with a big cross on the screen next to the camera, which is why I did it a further two times, as I thought it was something I was doing wrong. With the "instore" section, it was much easier as it told you that it was accepted or uploading, so there was no guesswork. A work in progress I expect...

Tracking is quick, but a bit unreliable. Offers are sometimes not very clear and conditions of use together with other cashback sites could be clearer.

i have had a couple of receipts turned down as problems reading receipt. it is quite annoying that you have to upload the same receipt for every different purchase. other than that its free money for thing i would buy anyway.

Why does the snap and save app take such bad pictures. Every time now I take a normal picture as well because the app one will almost certainly be rejected.
