Albeit that I sent back the item on this order the delivery and cashback tracking were very quick. Also the communication was first class and my refund received within days. I cannot stress how nice it was to deal with a retailer that not only gave good service up to delivery but was more than happy to communicate and refund without hassle. I WOULD def buy again. Thanks for restoring my faith in internet shopping.

No real problems, wasn't too quick on delivery. Don't be fooled by the £10 off offer to fill in the survey, only valid if you're spending over £50, doesn't mention it till you've taken the time to do it.

the website offered me the size I required and advised it was in stock - then they cancelled the order as they said they did not have them available, I have reordered a different boot - so hopefully these will not be cancelled

This company refuses to cancel my order!
Also found out they are not a UK company despite have a UK telephone number, UK address, .CO.UK website and billing in GBP £.
They are based (and ship) from France.
They do not have any empoyees you can speak to, only 'people who answer the phone in (broken) English' as they put it, and refuse to acknowledge a complaint of any kind.
I have now involved my credit card company.
DO NOT USE THIS FRENCH COMPANY.
