	The actual parking is great and good value for money, however I didn't get the correct cash back as advertised..... It was advertised as 13% cash back and there was a 10% discount code too (on the cah back site). I only actually got 3% cash back. I have just had a reply to my claim saying i will not get any more cash back because I used a discount code. I see they have now changed the site to show different cash back amounts depending on if you use a code....hopefully this will stop anyone else being misled.

	The service was fine. Guy on the end of the phone a bit grumpy, but the guys who picked up and delivered the car were very nice and everything ran smoothly. Unlike the cashback - booked in January, didn't track, missing cashback claim submitted in February, haven't heard a thing (it's now late September) despite repeated nudges. May use again as an airport car parking service, but I wouldn't hold out hope of getting cashback.

	I used Park and Go five times last year, all for travel through Heathrow airport. Dropping the car off was generally OK but collecting the car the collection service was more variable with waits of 15 minutes or more not uncommon. The trick I found is to phone as soon as you have landed or cleared customs (i.e. before you collect you bag) and tell them that you have your bags as several of the companies do not send the car until you actually are about to leave the airport. On cashback though, absolutely rubbish. All 5 of my trips didn't track, I had to submit manual claims which all were eventually rejected after nearly a year because allegedly I have used a voucher. TCB can't help any more and I've got no cashback. I'll never use them again, there's plenty of other companies, SkyParkSecure is just as good and I get my cashback with them

	Good product and was overall the cheapest. As with many similar sites Park and Go are a broker so don't actually own any carparks themselves, which means the overall product that you get will depend on who the actual provider is. Like everyone else, I used a discount code and this was used as an excuse not to get cashback, they didn't even tell me until 18 months later. Don't use if you soley want the cashback.

	I used a discount code so was not entitled to cashback. This was not advertised as being the case when purchased so think that is a bit of a con to get you to buy! Parking convenient frequent running coaches, comfortable no problem there. When we collected car it was filthy with dust and dirt honestly we had to clean the windscreens before we could drive away. Very disappointing as the car had only been cleaned 3 days before.

	Another example of a company offering cash back but when it comes to paying it declines the claim because park and stay is not eligible for discount. Would never us them again.

	Really terrible cashback experience with this merchant - did not track so had to submit a missing cashback claim and then they refused to pay up for no good reason. Topcashback were really helpful and compensated me as best they could but Park and Go were really poor, would not bother with them again.

	Have booked this car park through Top Cash Back on two occasions - has failed to track both times - one error you can tolerate - we all make mistakes - two is beyond a joke! Submitted a claim for first purchase weeks ago and nothing! Have just completed a claim for the second purchase. My son advised that actual car park and transport to and from Manchester airport was very good.

	I had no problem with the service - car park easy to find. However, I am still waiting for validation of the transaction. Tracked in May ... still no confirmation mid August !

	I've used park and go five times now, each time the website is easy to use, the prices are very good, but the cashback has never materialised. I have missing transaction queries raised for all of them but its disappointing to not see a single one tracking. Service from the car parking company has been a bit variable depending on which company you use. I've been using the Chauffeur option and several times with one company have ended up waiting for the company to arrive to either pickup or collect my car. Purple parking Chauffeur have been the best, they have staff onsite all the time so there's never been any waiting for them.

	My cash back did not work with this merchant. They wrote me something about tracing but I did everything as usual. Avaoid as there are many other parking sites!

	Same as Rick Jackman. Highly misleading - Two rates, one reduced rate specifically for use with a voucher code (in my case supplied direct from Park & Go) but won't pay up because code not authorised on TCB site. Poor merchant and shocking service from TCB,

	Park & Go is definitely a merchant to avoid. Made a purchase with a voucher using the specific Park & Go link for 'Online Purchase - With a voucher code' and they turned down my claim because I used a voucher! I have requested Topcashback remove this particular link but they have ignored my request.

	Very disappointed in this merchant. I had e-mail confirmation of my order Top CB have the record on their system that was the time of the order yet still they are allowed to deny my claim. Why can I not present this evidence to them? Instead they insist they can't find it (what a surprise after 2 years!) and that is the end of it. Rubbish merchant

	If you want cashback for your purchase then look elsewhere. This is now the 2nd time of declined cashback from this merchant, said I'd gone thru another affiliate. Utter lies,I only found Park & Go thru this site.

	Declined my cashback amount, claiming it had been paid to a third party! This is a absolute lie, I found this Park & Go through TCB. Dissapointing. There are more and more of these non-paying suppliers appearing on TCB.

	Took a long time for Top cashback to reply about missing cash back(booked in April)rely August Used a the code and link given by Top cashback refused to pay cash back as the vouchure was used (10%) due 12 % cashback so by using the voucher lost 2% SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CHOSING A CAR PARK GROUP YOU MAY NOT GET BOTH Car park OK but entrance to car park very misleading as it states NO ENRTY so you go looking for another way in we wasted a lot of time on this and had a close call for our flight (BIRMINGHAM OFF SITE PARKING)

	I use Park & Go quite regularly as they generally are the cheapest - these days seldom ever get the cashback (though I used to). I am guessing that it is due to the use of the discount code. Of course you will naturally always use a discount code over a cashback (particularly as they are normally around the same saving) as the former is guarenteed whilst the latter is not. I think it is completely unfair and defeats the whole purpose of TCB to allow discount codes to be an either or to the potential cash back - Yes, it says clearly that use of a discount code NOT RECOGNISED by Park & Go disqualifies you,...BUT if Park & Go clearly issued the code to customers in the first place, and it is then by clear definition surely 'recognised' ? Bad practice I feel to allow this as many other firms on here don't operate this way. TCB you should put your foot down with these 'get out clauses' - if we use your link we should get the cash END OF !!!

	Was left waiting at the airport for the vehicle to be collected, for 15 mins despite calling as advised. Return trip again had to wait for 30mins for vehicle to be returned. It took nearly 10 mins for the phone to be answered for us to advise them that we were back in UK. The whole purpose of using the service was to ensure quick and prompt changeover from car to airport and back, as we were travelling with young children and did not want to use the park and ride services. Cash back also refused, as discount code was used, but no mention of this at the time when booked.
