Really impressed with the customer service. Although delivery took longer than advertised, once I had contacted them everything was quick. The first 2 deliveries were rejected due to the items being damaged in transit, however One Garden were extremely helpful in arranging re-delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Dreadful service if I could give less then I would phone calls with long story’s and excuses no answer to emails they just ignore you Zest cold frame broken parts reported on 13/5/20 I’m currently on 7 emails to Joanne (not helpful and just lies and excuses given ) 3 phone calls with no call backs Full of broken promises Don’t order from them give your money to someone else
