Amazing cashback rate - very pleased with this as I was after a gift membership. The membership pack was a bit battered when it arrived but a quick call to customer services is all it took for a new one to be sent out. Very pleased.

Something went wrong with the NT website at the payment stage. It said the transaction hadn't gone through when it had. Cashback didn't track, presumably because of this, but I lodged a claim with Topcashback and the problem was quickly resolved.

So far they haven't honoured the cash back - no reason given to date, claim lodged but still waiting for the national trust to bother replying. Certainly not quick, or bothered it would seem - won't be renewing the annual membership, very very limited places to visit, and many of the popular destinations have very limited opening times. English heritage seems a better option and better value.

Its been 16 weeks since I purchased my membership but still not recieved the cashback although it was tracked instantly. Average cash back time needs reviewing for this merchant as it currently says 10 weeks which is nothing like what I've experienced.

My National Trust purchase was a nightmare. It was meant to be a retirement gift for my husband. I set up DD and membership start date a month in advance. The money was debited ,but no pack arrived in time to give to my husband.Numerous 0844 calls - all promised a speedy resolve.One month into the mebership the pack arrived. I asked for it to be backdated and this was done. It was when I checked on Top cashback I realised the the NT had taken the amount before the discount for setting up a DD. I am still waiting for over £30 that has been overcharged. The finance dept has not agreed to refund it -yet. I have now found a telephone number that is not 0844.

Joined 21st April - Tracked within 2 hours - then after a couple of days the amount payable went to £0. Took 8-9 weeks to get membership pack through in the post and then finally on 28th June the direct debit has come out. So have launched an enquiry. Friend had similar problem and 3 months after launching enquiry still no cash back.

Really quick to track and publish the amount owed in pending, all done within 24 hours of purchase. Just a case of waiting to see how long it takes for them to confirm the amount in order for it to become payable. Very impressed so far though.
